For the committee
Body corporate, residents association, or the committee that actually deals with the complaints.
When the gate motor breaks today, it becomes a message in the WhatsApp group. Nobody owns it. It scrolls away. Three weeks later someone asks what happened with the gate motor, and the answer is another message in the group.
Nharaunda replaces that message with a complaint.
A resident reports the problem on their own phone. Fifteen seconds: what it is, where it is. It gets a number, a date, and a status. The whole trail is kept.
The committee assigns it — usually to your own caretaker, who comes first in the list because the work matches their trade. The product does not replace your caretaker. It gives their work a record.
A complaint cannot be marked resolved until a real person was assigned to it. Nothing gets quietly closed.
The resident who reported it rates the work. The rating and the dates cannot be edited afterwards — by anyone, including us.
On levies
Nharaunda never touches money. No levy collection, no payments, no wallets — deliberately, and permanently. The money stays exactly where it is today; the product records the work it paid for.
On common property
The gate motor, the borehole pump, the boundary wall. We set up one unit in your estate called "Common property", and those complaints are filed against it. Said plainly — that is a bookkeeping convention we set up with you, not a special feature. It works, and it is honest.
At the committee meeting
The phone goes on the table. How many complaints are open, how many assigned, how many resolved. The list of complaints nobody has attended to. Every complaint's full history. "What happened with the gate motor" is answered from the record, not from memory.
And the month prints itself. One page per estate, for any month: what was filed, who did the work, how long it took. The report your AGM argues about — generated from the same record the board reads live.
What it costs
The complaint loop is free for every estate, forever. The whole-estate layer — every unit, the live board, committee-ready month numbers — is the Estate line: $30 per estate per month, on the pricing page, owner access included at no extra charge.
Getting started: there is no self-serve signup, deliberately. We set your estate up with you — your units, your committee members, your caretaker and trades first. Then we walk each resident in, in person, on their own phone.
