For the service provider

The plumber, electrician or handyman an estate already calls.

An estate you already work for is putting its maintenance on record — and your name is on the work.

The work finds you. When something breaks in your trade, the manager assigns the complaint to you. You see the resident's name and number the moment the job is yours — one tap to call. Nobody else's details, ever, before that.

The finished job gets rated by the resident who lived with the problem. The rating and the dates go on your card in the estate's directory. They cannot be edited or deleted afterwards — not by the manager, not by us.

Your card is your reputation, in numbers: jobs completed, how quickly they were resolved, what residents said. It starts empty and honest — the record builds from the first job — and every entry on it is a real job, not a purchased boost.

We never take a cut

The record is yours. No fees, no commission, no subscription. Money stays between you and whoever hired you — cash or EcoCash, exactly as now. The platform never touches it, permanently and by design — said on the pricing page too, next to what the estates pay.

Nobody can buy a better position

Directory order is never for sale — no paid placement, no promoted listings, no paying to hide a bad review. The provider who does good work outranks the one who doesn't. That is the whole system.

Bigger jobs

When a landlord posts a borehole, a boundary wall or a building job, you put in your price. When they award it, bidding closes — no one undercuts you after the fact.

"Verified" means the estate manager vouched for you — said plainly on the badge itself. It is their word, not our guarantee, and residents know that.

What you need: a phone that opens a web page. The manager sets up your account when they vouch for you. Said honestly up front — work comes when something breaks, so nothing for the first weeks is normal, and your record starts with the first job.
